I’m Yanina Rapatskaya, an Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Designer with a background in adult education, communication design, UX, and academic research. I design end-to-end learning for adult learners — from strategy and curriculum architecture to instructional content, learning UX, assessment, and final visual design.

My experience spans university and professional education, where I’ve worked on complex learning environments: reducing learner drop-off through curriculum restructuring, building transparent assessment systems, designing instructor onboarding, and creating scalable learning infrastructure.
